• What are your hours of operation?

We’re open Monday to Wednesday 9 – 5, Thursday & Friday 9 – 5 and Saturday 11 – 3. We are closed on Sundays and long weekends.

• Can I print just one or two t-shirts?

Yes, we have no minimum requirement for ordering. 

• Can I have more than one thing printed on my t-shirt?

Yes, You can have as many artworks printed on the garment. We can print on the front, back or on sleeves

• I’m in a rush, how quickly can I have a t-shirt printed?

Our turn-around time for printing is 72 - 96 hours with a rush order fee for up to 500 t-shirts orders if you select the garments that are in the stock.

We can produce an order of printnig upto 300 t-shirts under 72 hours with rush order charges. For smaller orders we also have a few chargeable options to get the orders ready as early as in 24 hours or on the same day.

• What kinds of fabric can you print on?

DTG printing gives breathable prints without any colour restriction to 100% cotton and cotton-poly blend.

DTF printing gives the highest quality print without any colour restriction to most types of natural, man-made or recycled fabrics.

Embroidery can be done on cotton; polyester; nylon; or any blends.

Screen printing can done on 100% cotton; cotton-poly blend; 100% polyester.

• Are there special washing instructions for the printed t-shirt?

We recommend washing before use. Wash inside out with similar colours & gentle cycle, mild detergent and the Cold water wash cycle only. Do not rub print. Do not use fabric softener or bleach, do not use harsh chemicals or detergent. Hang dry only. Do not dry clean. Do not iron on prints.

• What is Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing?

Our latest Brother DTG printer prints millions of colours from CMYK gamut directly on garments. This technology is known as Direct-To-Garment printing.

• Will there be any stain residue after the DTG printing?

All colored garments need special pre-printing spray in order to show the water based transparent garment ink. This pre-print spray may leave faint wet mark on some garments but it will go away in the very first wash.

• How is Direct-To-Garment different than silkscreen printing?

As the DTG printer prints the artwork directly on the garment, there is no screen setup require so there is no set-up charge. Unlike screen printing, there is no colour restriction. The DTG printer can millions of colours from CMYK gamut. DTG printer can print a photograph as is without any colour effect loss.

• Can I bring in my own t-shirt for customization?

Yes, you can. The garment has to be un-worn (Brand new). Please read the policy for bringing your own garment for printing.

• Am I limited in how many colours I can print?

No. Our DTG/DTF Printer can print millions of colours using CMYK gamut.

• Are there any setup fees?

No setup fees, if you choose the most latest and highest quality technology for printing which is DTG printing. We also do DTF, UV printing, Embroidery and Screen printing which are associated with setup fees.

• Can I return the t-shirts if it is miss printed by the store?

Yes. We are committed to the customer satisfaction. If there is any mistake in printing by us on garments that are purchased from us, we will re-print them to fulfill your requirements. Please read our return policy for more information.
